    The number of professional athletes who are turning to Yoga as an integral part of their training regimen is staggering.  From LeBron James in the NBA; to Novak Djokovic in Tennis; to the top PGA golfers; to an entire World Series championship Chicago Cubs baseball team; to many NFL star athletes….Yoga is a daily part of their routine.


    It is more and more common for high school and college teams to utilize a specialized yoga instructor at least once a week.

    We have seen recent results in real time through Jim, a yoga student and a Midwest Clay Court Tennis Champion.  He has a very strong yoga practice.  Jim practices yoga at least 3 times a week.  He often times practices hot yoga prior to his match, and then departs class to play his match.  With his muscles warmed up and activated, he is at peak performance for his match.


    Jim states, "Yoga has helped me with my strength, balance, flexibility and endurance.  It helps every part of my tennis game. "
