One on one lessons are excellent for beginners and advanced students alike.
For beginners, learning yoga poses from private instruction allows you to find your way at your own pace. Jo-Anne is patient and kind, as she introduces you to yoga, working on strength, flexibility, agility and balance, while decreasing stress and anxiety. She is also experienced and adept at working with individuals who are coming off an injury or surgery.
For advanced yogis, taking personal lessons will allow you to find the balance between effort and ease, as you grow your practice. Whether you desire to strengthen current poses, or learn new poses, transitions, and/or inversions, Jo-Anne will design a series of one on one lessons to meet your goals.
Jo-Anne has access to 4 different studio's for scheduling personal lessons to meet your schedule.
