Yoga is becoming increasingly popular among children. A recent Harvard Medical School study found yoga improves both physical and mental health in school-age children. Yoga not only improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity...it offers psychological benefits with higher test scores, and a decrease in stress and anxiety.
