Yoga is becoming increasingly popular for the Baby Boomer population, which will continue to be the largest population segment in the United States for the next 20 years. This age group includes those born between 1946 to 1964.
We will build strength, flexibility, agility, balance and aerobic capacity, while reducing depression, stress and anxiety. Some classes will take place in chairs; while other classes will allow us to go to our mats.
Personal sessions are also an excellent way for senior adults to work with Jo Pro Health, in Jo-Anne's studio, or at one of the studio's where she teaches.
